ODESSA - On Monday, the West Texas Food Bank got some big help for their food supply from the Odessa Jackalopes.
On Monday, the Jacks brought in 700 pounds of food to the Bank.
The team paid for the food themselves and unloaded it in uniform.
The Food Bank Director said it was great to see a local sports team helping out.
With such a high demand, even with the donation, they anticipate all of the food will be gone before thanksgiving even starts.
